Hey John,
David informed me that I will be invoicing you directly, instead of him, for this project. Figured we should touch base on that. I would usually charge around $1,000 for the landing pages and creatives. I do a lot of business with David though. Is $650 fair for the landing pages and creatives for you?

John,
Please advise why payment has not been made for services rendered? This is completely unacceptable. We connected you with a relationship (to the design group) that you would not have been able to locate and he provided you with cost pricing.
Payment needs to be made (to the designers) ASAP!!!!!!!
Please email me when payment has been made.

John,
I hope you had a happy holiday week or two. I appreciate your previous correspondence.
As we previously spoke directly on the phone, the most recent of many, you promised payment prior to Christmas. It has become clear that you have not followed through on your word, many of which. The last promise was declared just a week or two ago. Your initial invoice was due November 11, 2009. It is nearly two months past due. As our mutual contacts disclosed, this was a referral relationship and pricing was at cost. I have taken a loss and have since expired my leniency. Please remit payment this week or I will assume you have no intention of making payment.
It would be my pleasure to know your intent.
Regards

John,
Hope all is well. It seems each time a promised payment date you offer passes you disregard any follow up replies. I wanted to make one more professional attempt at receiving payment. Please call tomorrow to remit payment with a card or to get wire information to send a wire tomorrow. It’s pretty hard to believe that “funding” is needed to pay just a $650 invoice and said “funding” has taken two months. Please review the archive of correspondence below. If I do not hear from you by the end of the business day tomorrow (Friday, January 8, 2009) I will assume that you have no intent in making payment…

[...] a recent post about John Madsen from GlobeTrack Wireless, another person submitted the following information stating that they were defrauded by John Madsen [...]
June 21st, 2010 at 8:33 pm
John Madson and the rest of GlobeTrack Wireless hired over 120 people nationwide under false pretenses. The company NEVER paid any of these individuals one cent of the agreed upon SALARIES. I have just recently won a judgement against GlobeTrack Wireless and will pursue it until paid. Do not do business with these very unethical people.

Join the club! We were ripped off far more than 1K and are filing suit. Wow! Michael J. Coker, Dwight Jory, GlobeTrack Wireless, Inc.
July 7th, 2010 at 2:44 pm
Anybody that would like the real story about the felony fraud carried out against Globe Track Wireless should contact Dwight Jory for the names and fraudulent events of the people involved. This was an attempt to destroy a good company with a good product by unhappy officers that were fired for good cause. dwjory@yahoo.com Dwight Jory
July 7th, 2010 at 7:21 pm
Dwight Jory… if GlobeTrack Wireless is a “good company”, why don’t the remaining “happy officers” prove that their company is good and pay everyone they, collectively as a company, ripped off?
Or, are you saying you were that far out of touch with your “good company” and it was just a horrible misfortune that GlobeTrack Wireless fell upon “unhappy officers” that infiltrated your company and attempted to destroy it? What a joke.
July 9th, 2010 at 2:45 pm
So Jory, are you saying you have clean hands? You weren’t a defendant with Madsen a few years ago where a guy was ripped off for several thousand?
What happen you boys have a fight?
JS, good luck getting your money but don’t hold your breath. What state are you in? CA? AZ? TX? WA?

So Jory, why are you still on the company profile? Just found this today.

these guys are total scam artists. I wouldn’t buy their product and expect a class action lawsuit against them anytime for failure to pay MANY vendors. Stay away, their product sucks compared to what’s on the market. Not to mention you have to pay $100 to get it installed yourself. Then if they go out of business you are SOL. Check out why John Madsen isn’t an officer in this company. He has a judgment against him in Arizona. The CEO is a sham. The COO Michael Coker is a scam artist too.

WHICH judgement in AZ? You don’t know the half of it.
Anyone notice they are now sponsoring a Nascar and a ARCA car.

We have been trying to contact globetrackwireless.com for over one month to discuss their product and the complaints we have received about it. We have emailed 3 times, yet never get a reply back. We have called 3 times, yet never get a return call. This company must really be busy when they don’t return messages. Until we can talk with this company, we will continue sending our parents and teachers to competitors, who return calls, give great customer service and we have thoroughly checked out. Remember, never buy anything off the net until you have googled their name and read the first five pages. That will tell you everything you need to know about trusting a company with your hard earned dollars. If you get through to globetrackwireless.com , tell them we are waiting for 6 return messages and we are looking forward to talking with them.

I was sadly one of those employee’s that never got paid. I came to the company with big promise, they had a really nice office and a good location. Many employee’s, so I figured they were the real deal. I had many meetings with John.. more then I would have ever cared. I was there for roughly 3 months and was paid only 2 times.. wait let me correct this, their check only cleared twice.
They strung me and many other employees on with the promise of payment after some transfer was completed… It was the same story every week.
I finally told them I was leaving and they went nuts, they couldn’t seem to understand why… I hadn’t been paid in over 2 months and on top of that there were bank fee’s that were promised to be refunded and never were…
Not long after leaving I got a call from the Federal Work Force Commission, asking me to answer a few questions. After speaking to my lawyer I took the call.. Answered the questions… Was told it was unlikely that I would get my money.. I didn’t expect too.
The first part of the year I got a letter from the Work Force Commission saying “It part of an agreement with Globe Track Wireless, they have agreed to pay you the amount owed to you. They say they have processed this payment, can you please verify..”
I had gotten nothing, I called and was told that they work force was looking in to it..
Not only did they not pay me, they were due to reimburse me over $1,000 for my own money that I spent on adwords to send traffic to their website.. Yeah I got nothing..
I don’t know how they are still in business honestly.

Madsen and cooker are total scam artist. They dont pay their vendors, contractors and even left their employees unpaid. They are crooks in the 1st degree. NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU GET THE CASH UPFRONT Simply google their names to see all of the lawsuits that have been filed against these scammers. Beware of Globetrack Wireless, GTWGPS, or any company that Madsen and Cookers are involved in.

Just called the GlobeTrack Wireless phone numbers. They are both GONE…. guess they didn’t pay ATT either.
The message says “ATT can help you find a similar business in your area since this is no longer a working number”

The IRS seized all of the Globetrack assets last week, just 1 week before my attorney had their property seized. Looks like the gov’t will get something, but no one-else. I truly hope those assholes end up in jail.
February 19th, 2011 at 2:10 pm
Nadav – you should go to http://www.stopmadsencoker.com and tell your story. Sounds like it could be interesting.
How do you know stuff was seized by IRS?
March 5th, 2011 at 7:09 am
I worked for them in 2000 in scottsdale, az. They were crooks back then as well. I never got paid either and they actually had the nerve to say that I owed THEM money!!!! I submitted my story to http://www.stopmadsencoker.com.
April 13th, 2011 at 11:38 am
Well, not only does it seem that GTW is no longer in their office and the phone is off. It appears that the sites are no longer active. I tried gtwgps.com and gtlobetrackwireless.com and neither worked. Both come back with “forbiidden” or another message. Depends on your system, or so I am told. So what is going on with that? Lack of payment?
Per a document on scribd, Michael Coker has a new company Braygus Holdings, LLC. http://www.scribd.com/full/51158343?access_key=key-2828tw1888qhslyxde6l
All very interesting.

Dwight Jory, previous poster, and listed as an officer with GlobeTrack Wireless, has started a new company LocatI Global Holdings in Nevada in Feb. 2011. LocatI bought a company Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc., a Florida Company. It is now a new GPS company. The LocatI site says they have patented technology. The patent that is stated on the Locati website appears to be the PROVISIONAL patent filed by John Madsen and Michael Coker. This provisional patent has not been reviewed as of this date, therefore does not have a patent number. It appears the reason to buy Broadcast Marketing Group, Inc (BDCM) was to be able to be listed on the OTC/Pink Sheets for stock trading. All very interesting.
It is also interesting to note that Michael Coker started a new company in Las Vegas In Janurary 2011 – Braygus Holdings. It can be assumed that John Madsen now lives in Las Vegas.
So does this mean the old team, Jory, Madsen and Coker are back together in Las Vegas and in the GPS business?
You can find lots of info on the new company for Jory —

These guys ripped me for over 20k. Someone contact me as to what to do.
July 15th, 2011 at 3:53 pm
RLHARBI – go to the http://www.stopcokermadsen.com site, and write to them. There is an email address on the site. Maybe they can help you.
How did they rip you off and where are you?
Can’t contact you because there is not an email address listed.
July 26th, 2011 at 4:23 pm
These two assholes, with the help and full knowlege of Jory, so let’s ssay THREE assholes, ripped me and a BUNCH of other people for $100,000′s of dollars in a prior company IGP, International Global Positioning. No one every got their money back, YOU won’t either. Judgements against them are AORTHLESS, just pouring good moneyy after bad.
FACTOID, once a crook, always a crook applies to these scum bags. And there are others with them who knowingly help them perpetuate their crimes on the unknowing.
Hope enough people find information at this site and http://www.stopmadsencoker.com to end their run of crime.
July 26th, 2011 at 4:42 pm
Oh, and one more thing. These two “sweethearts” are flaming Homosexuals! Think Coker is the girlie man cause he’s so emothional when he gets caught!
Just listen to him squeal like a little girlie on the clips on http://www.stopmadsencoker.com
September 6th, 2011 at 7:33 pm
Oh and then there’s Don Malan…another con-artist
worked with these guys at IGP and most likely Globetracker…still waiting for my $30,000. All these guys should be prosecuted
September 6th, 2011 at 10:43 pm
Well, Don Malan cannot be prosecuted by man… he died last year. He was at GTW.
I think Dwight Jory starting another GPS company is the amazing part.
September 13th, 2011 at 3:20 am
Sillwaiting and Stayinformed: You are both soooo right, Malan was a right hand “con” man for these two queers.
You should see how Malan was almost sainted by his little league team back in Virginia. If they only knew what a f***ing crook he was, they’d take that back.
And YES, Jory, crook that he IS, has started one called LocatI, and the circle of outright deception continues, same old crooks, same old game, and SAME OLD technology and stock scam!
Our governments are, however, asleep at the switch. I dealt with the FBI, Arizona Business Commission, and my own Secretary of State, and Senators to no avail. Pitiful that we can’t get these crooks in jail.
